Prices 2018 excl Final cleaning

Booking

Before booking, please make sure you check availability of the apartment with us first.

Damage Deposit

When handing over the key to the apartment, we will ask you for a refundable deposit of  € 100,-  This money will be returned to you after final inspection of the apartment and will, in case of substantial breakage or damage, be used to cover costs.

Internet

Wifi available € 10 a week

Firewood

Firewood € 2 for 10 kilo

Arrival and Departure

You are kindly requested to notify us of your time of arrival and flight number. Might your apartment not be ready yet, we will provide a safe storage place for your luggage. Normally your apartment will be available from 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Unless agreed on differently,  you are asked to leave before 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of departure.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning

We do ask of you to sweep the apartment before you leave. Twice a week you will be given clean towels and once a week we will provide clean bed linen. Final cleaning costs are €50,-.

Cancellation

Down payments are non-refundable.


Liability

We accept no liability and cannot be held responsible for any kind of damage, injury or theft that might occur during your stay with us. Your stay at our property is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
